  • Purchased items have a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
  • iDeposit does not pay return shipping.
  • iDeposit does not refund shipping costs for shipped orders.
  • iDeposit does not cross ship replacement items.
  • Physically damaged items are not covered by warranty.
  • Lost items are not covered on warranty.

 

Process your replacement by following the steps below

  1. Request a Return Authorization at the link below. (Please include iDeposit Purchase Order Number and the Reason for return in the Message field.)
  2. Once we receive your return we'll ship a replacement.
